It has a growing network of two-wheeler multi-brand servicing workshops with 89 workshops in more than 30 cities.

Marching towards its vision, MFC Services is aggressively making inroads in the Indian car service market, which has historically been shared by OEM dealers and Independent Garages. The company aims to establish a countrywide network of over 1000 workshops.
MFC Services has also entered the business of private label spare parts for all brands of cars under the MFC�s brand name. The MFC brand stands for smart replacement and is targeted at customers who want quality and value for money spares for their cars.
MFC Services has also launched a new flagship product, DearO� The simplest and smartest workshop management system which is designed to seamlessly work for large, medium and small garages alike. It helps workshops manage their day to day operations most effectively and efficiently. DearO is powered by intelligent customer history maintenance, service scheduler, and part-finder which is designed to make workshops run efficiently DearO aims to transform the Indian car servicing industry digitally.

Moreover, meticulous training is imparted to entrepreneurs before starting a franchise. Those who are willing to start franchises are provided 6-day training in the automotive Service business management (ASBM), which is a program certified by Mahindra First Choice Services and Mahindra Institute of Quality. Apart from this, technical training is also given and the franchises can use the help of technical Assistance helpline services at any given point of time.
It doesn�t matter if the Franchisee has never run a business before. MFCS provides them with all the training and technical support that is necessary for the implementation of a successful franchisee.
